1. Consultation Format & WhatsApp Video Call
Online consultations are conducted via WhatsApp Video Call by our Irish registered General Practitioner (Registered General Practitioner, MBBS, MRCGP, Dip Dermatology, 20+ years clinical experience). The doctor will initiate the call to the provided contact number at the scheduled appointment time.
2. Prescriptions, Sick Certificates & Clinical Discretion
All medical treatments, prescriptions, sick certificates, fit-to-work clearances, and insurance letters are issued solely at the clinical discretion of the reviewing GP following assessment. Submitting a request or payment does not automatically guarantee that a specific medication or certificate will be issued if deemed clinically unsafe or unsuitable.
3. Patient Truthfulness & Location
You agree and confirm that all medical history, symptoms, personal details, date of birth, and medication disclosures submitted are true, complete, and accurate. The patient must be physically located within the Republic of Ireland at the time of consultation.
4. Fees, Add-Ons & Additional Charges
The base consultation fee is €35.00 (or €35.00 for prescription review). Optional add-ons (such as sick certs, fit-to-work certs, additional prescriptions, or insurance letters) are billed as selected. Additional charges may apply on the consultation if extended investigations or complex administrative reports are medically required.
5. Cancellation & 100% Refund Policy
If our GP reviews your case and determines that your condition cannot be safely treated online (e.g. requires an urgent in-person physical examination or hospital referral), you will receive direct medical advice and a 100% full refund immediately.
6. Privacy, Confidentiality & Healthlink Transfer
All patient records are managed under strict Irish Medical Council guidelines and GDPR data protection protocols. Approved prescriptions are dispatched securely to your preferred Irish pharmacy via the national Healthlink network.
